Returns & Exchange

Aeropostale Philippines only allows return and exchange for the following conditions:

  1. If the item has a manufacturing defect
  2. Wrong item or wrong size delivered

The customer has to raise the request for return and exchange within seven (7) days of order receipt. You have to send an email to _____________ (support@aeropostale.ph) with the email subject ""(Order No.)_Return & Exchange Request"" with the attachment of the condition of the item/s received. Item/s to be exchanged must be in the exact condition from the time it was purchased: unworn, unused and unwashed with all labels intact. Items bought on SALE can no longer be exchanged (can be with same style, other color or other size. If no available stocks, SALE can no longer be exchanged).

Customers may exchange an item only once. Shipping cost of the replacement items going to your doorstep will be shouldered by the merchant.

If you have the item as a gift, the original buyer should be the one to raise the request to us.

EXCEPTION: Aeropostale Philippines will not honor the request to return and replace the item/s due to change of preference (change of color or total change of item), and change size. The customer has to strictly check the preferred and the right fit thru the size chart shown before purchasing the item.

All items are non-refundable!
